Making Democracy Work is responsible for voter registration and 
education, including the publication of the Voters’ Guide (both in print 
and in the online version VOTE411.org), and The Elected, a directory 
with contact information for all elected officials from Montgomery 
County.  Members register voters at naturalization ceremonies, 
festivals, and other occasions.  Volunteers from this committee also 
help to distribute Voters’ Guides to the county libraries and at Metro 
stations and other locations.  Meetings are usually held monthly, with 
sub-groups for specific projects meeting as needed.
