This Dialogue is a conversation about your rights at the polling place, including law enforcement, mail-in, accessibility, and so much more!

We’ll hear from Deborah Jeon from ACLU-MD, Katherine Berry, the Deputy Administrator for the State Board of Elections, and Braden Stinar, Counsel for Disability Rights Maryland, as they dive into:

  • Is law enforcement allowed at the polling place

  • Your rights to mail-in ballots, drop boxes, and the post office

  • Accessibility at the polling place and your rights as a voter
