Locations marked as [Deliver] requ ire bundle pick-up for delivery, monitoring and replacement. At locations marked as [Monitor], the initial bundle will already be delivered; volunte ers must monitor and replace Guides as needed. Check each Slot description for detailed location and delivery instructions.
English-language Voters' Guides will be re ady for pickup about September 24, and Spanish Voters’ Guides will be read y about October 9. Pick up at the League office at 25 Wood Lane, Rockville . Bundles will need a label that will be emailed to you for printing. If t he site requires both Spanish and English, the volunteer must pick up and deliver both versions when ready. We will send a notice to volunteers when Guides are available.
PLEASE NOTE: Because the Volunteering sign-up page set-up format requires a date/time entry, t he sign-up slot descriptions are set for September 25 from 11 am to 4 pm.& nbsp;Notwithstanding, please pick up the Guides as they become available a nd continue to monitor until Election Day on November 3.

After the election, tally the nu mber of Guides replaced and how many were left before removing and returni ng them to the League office. Email your tally and any comments about the location (such as address or contact information changes) to the Voters' G uide Distribution Coordinator at votersguidedistr@lwv mocomd.org.
