For the 2026 General Election, LWVMC wil l distribute Voters’ Guides to more than 130 locations. Locations marked as [Deliver] require bundle pick-up for delivery, m onitoring and replacement. At locations marked as [Monitor], the initial b undle will already be delivered; volunteers must monitor and replace Guide s as needed. Check each Slot description for detailed location and deliver y instructions. English-language Voters' Guides will be ready for pickup a bout September 24, and Spanish Voters’ Guides will be ready about October 9. Pick up at the League office at 25 Wood Lane, Rockville. Bundles will n eed a label that will be emailed to you for printing. If the site requires both Spanish and English, the volunteer must pick up and deliver both ver sions when ready. We will send a notice to volunteers when Guides are avai lable.
PLEASE NOTE: ; Because the Volunteering sign-up page set-up format requires a date/time entry, the sign-up slot d escriptions are set for September 25 from 11 am to 4 pm. Notwithstand ing, please pick up the Guides as they become available and continue to mo nitor until Election Day on November 3.
After the election, tally the number of Guides replaced and how many were left before removing and returning them to the League o ffice. Email your tally and any comments about the location (such as addre ss or contact information changes) to the Voters' Guide Distribution Coord inator at votersguidedistr@lwvmocomd.org.
