The Election Services committee is basically a committee of one with a reliable list of volunteers that can be called on when there is an election to prepare for and carry out. Election Services contracts with homeowners’ associations, communities, and condominiums to assist with their elections. It can provide guidance for associations that may be unfamiliar with the kinds of services we provide but are in need of election services. It can provide services from Election Administrators to simple ballot counters. It is ready to serve associations from large to small. Election Services is strictly nonpartisan so if an association is having a contentious election, Election Services can help smooth the operation.
