Is the 2017-18 future of LWVMC determined by you? YES! Your presence and voice count! Come to our Program Planning meeting and help form our 2017-19 agenda.

Program Planning is where we brainstorm topics of interest to us. What studies should we have? Studies can be either for information only, or for possible consensus.  What would be some great trending topics? Do our positions need updating?

Our two Program Planning sessions will be held at Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Church: Monday, Jan. 9, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. OR Tuesday, Jan. 10, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The meetings will be downstairs in Rooms 1 & 2. (There is an elevator as well as stairs.) Come to either session and help determine the course of LWVMC for 2017-2019.

If you already have some great suggestions, please submit them to the LWVMC office by Dec. 16 so they can be incorporated into our January mailing. January 4 is the deadline to be included into our written agenda that’s distributed at the meeting. New suggestions are always welcome at the meeting itself.

In case of inclement weather, the evening program will be Tuesday, Jan. 17, and the day program will be Wednesday, Jan.18.
